A “no-show” is a missed appointment without any notice. Because a reserved time cannot be offered to another guest at the last minute, no-shows affect our stylists and other clients. This policy explains how we handle them.
1. What Counts as a No-Show
You are considered a no-show if you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact us to cancel or reschedule in advance (see our Cancellation Policy). Arriving so late that the service can no longer be performed may also be treated as a no-show (see our Late Arrival Policy).
2. Consequences
A first no-show is noted on your account. Repeated no-shows may result in a fee, the forfeiture of any deposit, or a requirement to pre-pay or place a deposit for future bookings.
3. Deposits
Where a deposit was taken to secure your appointment, it may be forfeited in the event of a no-show.
4. We Understand Emergencies Happen
If a genuine emergency prevents you from attending or calling, please let us know as soon as you are able. We consider individual circumstances with care and compassion.
5. Contact
