We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred stylist and time, as we are often fully booked. We do our best to accommodate walk-ins subject to availability.

For everyday services, a few days ahead is usually fine. For colour transformations, bridal services and weekends, we recommend booking two to six weeks in advance.

Absolutely. You can request your preferred stylist when booking, and we will always try to accommodate your choice.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another guest. Bridal and package bookings may require a deposit and longer notice, which we will confirm at booking.

Most standard services do not require a deposit. Bridal, luxury packages and long colour appointments may require a small deposit to secure your reservation.

Prices vary by service, hair length, density and complexity. Each service page lists a starting price. Because every head of hair is unique, your final quote is confirmed at your consultation.
