Welcome to SHIRO Hair Salon LLC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
We provide hair and makeup services as described on our website. All service descriptions, durations and prices are provided as a guide; final pricing is confirmed at your consultation and may vary based on hair length, density, condition and the complexity of the desired result.
2. Appointments & Bookings
Booking requests submitted through our website are requests only and are not confirmed until we contact you to arrange a definite time. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments where necessary.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. Bridal and package bookings may be subject to specific deposit and cancellation terms, which we will communicate at the time of booking.
4. Deposits
Certain services, including bridal, luxury packages and lengthy colour appointments, may require a deposit to secure your reservation. Deposit terms will be explained before you book.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards and mobile payments. Gratuities are appreciated but never expected.
6. Results & Satisfaction
Our artists take great care to achieve the best possible results. Because hair and skin vary from person to person, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. If you are not satisfied, please let us know within 7 days and we will do our best to make it right.
7. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, scalp or skin conditions, or relevant medical history before your service. We may require a patch test for certain chemical services. We reserve the right to decline a service where we believe it may not be safe or suitable.
8. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings while on our premises. Please keep your valuables with you.
9. Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to it. All content on this website — including text, images, logos and branding — is the property of SHIRO Hair Salon LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHIRO Hair Salon LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
