The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) expands the CCPA. This addendum describes the additional rights and practices that apply to California residents, and should be read with our CCPA Notice and Privacy Policy.
1. Sensitive Personal Information
We do not seek to collect “sensitive personal information” (such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, or health data) through our website. Where any such information is voluntarily provided to us, we use it only for the purposes for which you provided it and do not use it to infer characteristics about you.
2. Additional Rights Under the CPRA
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Right to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not share).
- Right to data portability — to receive your information in a portable format.
3. Data Minimization & Purpose Limitation
We collect only the personal information reasonably necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, and we retain it only as long as needed for those purposes. See our Data Retention Policy.
4. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Exercising Your Rights
Submit CPRA requests to privacy@shirohairsalon.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframes required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
