This policy explains how long we keep the information you share with us and why. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
1. Retention Periods
- Contact & booking enquiries — retained for up to 24 months to service your request and for our records, then deleted or anonymised.
- Newsletter subscriptions — retained until you unsubscribe, after which your email is removed from active mailing.
- Security & server logs — retained for a short period (typically up to 90 days) for security and troubleshooting, then rotated and discarded.
- Legal/financial records — retained as required by applicable law.
2. Criteria We Use
When determining retention periods we consider the amount and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use, the purposes for which we process it, and whether we can achieve those purposes by other means.
3. Secure Deletion
When information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it so it can no longer be associated with you.
