This California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents. It explains your rights under the CCPA and how SHIRO Hair Salon LLC handles your personal information.

In the past 12 months we may have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, and IP address.
- Customer records — appointment and service preferences you provide.
- Internet activity — limited website usage information for security and functionality.
We collect this information directly from you (through our forms) and automatically through your use of our website.
2. How We Use and Disclose It
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, manage appointments, operate and secure our website, and comply with law. We disclose it only to trusted service providers who help us operate our business (for example, email or hosting providers), under contracts that restrict their use of it.
3. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information
SHIRO Hair Salon LLC does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

- Right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions.
