To ensure every guest enjoys a relaxed, unhurried experience, we ask that you review our appointment guidelines. They help us give you our full attention and keep our schedule running smoothly.
1. Booking
Appointments can be requested online, by phone at 916-304-2514, or via our contact form. A request is confirmed only once we contact you to arrange a definite time.
2. Confirmations & Reminders
We may send a confirmation and a reminder by phone, text or email before your appointment. Please let us know your preferred contact method.
3. Deposits
Most standard services do not require a deposit. Bridal services, luxury packages and lengthy colour appointments may require a deposit to secure your reservation; the amount and terms are explained at the time of booking.
4. Consultations
For colour transformations, bridal looks and major changes, we recommend a complimentary consultation first so we can plan the best result and provide an accurate quote.
5. Arriving for Your Appointment

6. Group & Bridal Bookings
We love group and bridal parties. These bookings are scheduled individually so we can allocate the right team and time; specific terms will be confirmed with you.
