A beautiful result begins with an immaculate space. We hold ourselves to meticulous hygiene standards, in line with California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology requirements and our own high expectations.
1. Tools & Implements
Combs, brushes, shears and other reusable tools are cleaned and disinfected between every client. Single-use items are discarded after one use.
2. Stations & Surfaces
Chairs, stations, wash bowls and high-touch surfaces are sanitised between guests, and floors are cleared and cleaned throughout the day.
3. Linens
Fresh, laundered capes, towels and neck strips are used for each guest and never reused between clients without laundering.
4. Hand Hygiene
Our team washes and sanitises their hands before and after each service, and hand sanitiser is available for guests.
5. Product Handling
Products are dispensed hygienically to avoid cross-contamination, and colour and treatment mixtures are freshly prepared for each guest.
