1. A Safe Environment
We maintain a clean, well-ventilated and hazard-free salon, and our team is trained in safe working practices and the correct handling of products and equipment.
2. Allergies & Sensitivities
Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, scalp or skin conditions, or relevant medical history when booking. For certain chemical services we may perform a patch test at least 48 hours in advance for your safety.
3. Product Safety
We use professional, quality products and follow manufacturer guidance. We carry gentle, low-ammonia and fragrance-conscious options where suitable.
4. Sanitation
Tools are cleaned and sterilised between clients, fresh capes and towels are used, and stations are sanitised regularly. See our Salon Hygiene Policy for details.
