3. Counter-Notice
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required by the DMCA. We may restore the material if the requirements are met and the complaining party does not pursue a court order.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or block access for users who are repeat infringers.
