The wellbeing of our guests and team remains our priority. This policy describes the measures we take to keep everyone safe, which we adapt in line with current public health guidance.
1. Cleanliness & Sanitation
We maintain rigorous cleaning of stations, tools and high-touch surfaces between clients, and hand sanitiser is available throughout the salon.
2. If You Feel Unwell
If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact us to reschedule. We will happily move your appointment without penalty in these circumstances.
3. Considerate Scheduling
Where appropriate, we manage our schedule to keep the salon comfortable and to allow time for cleaning between guests.
4. Personal Choice
Guests and team members are welcome to wear a face covering if they prefer. We respect everyone’s personal comfort and choices.
5. Staying Current
